OUR APPROACH

Creating Client's Dreams

At Studio Louca our initial focus is getting to know our client's lifestyle, taste, functions and dreams. We work directly with all of our clients with an in-depth initial meeting to start visualising the individual and inspiring space they require and generate a deeper understanding of the project goal.

Once the brief is established, we start building the concept using architecture as the foundation of our work. The concept is evolved with space planning, detailed plans, sketches, joinery concepts, hard materials and budget proposals. This stage creates the link between the architectural base alongside the interior furnishings, making sure all elements create a holistic vision.

The design development is a collaboration with the client to ensure the concept intent meets with their approval. Studio Louca focuses on crafting concepts to maximise functionality, beauty and balance with detailed design co-ordinating finishes, finalising bespoke elements and liaising with contractors.

With our extensive knowledge and relationships with craftsman and artisans we curate the project FF&E items (furniture, fittings and equipment). This process involves sourcing, designing, selecting, checking dimensions, procuring and inspecting all fixtures and fittings, lighting, window treatment, soft furnishings, artworks and accessories.

In tandem, we provide site presence with project management coordinating and supervising the installation. At the forefront of this stage is checking our clients expectations of quality and lead-time are being delivered.

Once the contractors have completed the build and have received our approvals, the installation of FF&E, dressing and styling the project takes place to deliver the details visualised in our conceptual stages.
